Six Flags Fiesta Texas, celebrating its 25th anniversary season is thrilled to launch a spectacular event, the all-new Mardi Gras Festival and Parade. Each operating day—March 24 through April 30—the park will be transformed into a Texas-style version of downtown New Orleans complete with beautifully adorned parade floats, Mardi Gras-themed park décor and classic Cajun cuisine.
