Concierge Auctions to sell one of America's greatest ranches.The estate was originally offered for $49.5M and will sell to the highest bidder with a reserve of $17M. The auction will be conducted in cooperation with Tommy Latousek and Mary Anne Meyer of Joshua & Co. of Aspen.
