Pan American Metals of Miami Reports Bernanke Noncommittal on QE3. Today, August 26, saw the greatly anticipated speech from Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke at Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Many had expected a third round of quantitative easing but Mr Bernanke was relatively noncommittal, simply reiterating that the tools necessary to stimulate the economy were available if needed.
